Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking in the West Region.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers to design customized technical solutions that meet client objectives.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, quotations, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sales account management.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic account planning.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and forecast records in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in B2B technical sales or solutions architecture.
- Proven track record of hitting sales KPIs and managing a healthy pipeline.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel locally within Singapore as required by business needs.
