Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute technical sales strategies for chemical products across industrial sectors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
- Provide technical product demonstrations and solutions-based consultations
- Collaborate with R&D team to align product offerings with market needs
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales proposals and negotiate commercial terms
- Track sales performance metrics and contribute to quarterly/annual targets
- Coordinate with logistics and technical support teams for seamless delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales within chemical/distribution industry
- Deep understanding of chemical applications and industrial processes
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environment
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills with technical aptitude
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
