Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in the fiber optics industry.
- Identify and qualify B2B leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and industry outreach.
- Present technical product specifications and value propositions to prospective clients effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure repeat business and high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, quotations, and commercial proposals in a timely manner.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging fiber optic technologies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales, preferably within the telecommunications or industrial components sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and articulate complex fiber optic product details.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a high proficiency in English.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking sales pipelines.
- Ability to travel within the West Region for client meetings and site visits.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
