- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the nutraceutical industry
- Present and demonstrate nutraceutical products to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and applications
- Understand customer needs and provide technical solutions tailored to their specific requirements
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Generate sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship management records
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, formulations, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
