Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client engagement
- Analyze customer technical requirements and recommend appropriate electrical/mechanical/mechatronic solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate solution specifications
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and support
- Prepare detailed proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
- Track sales metrics and contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to explain technical concepts
- Results-driven mindset with passion for sales and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Valid Malaysian driving license (for client visits)
