Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Passive Fire Protection systems within the Singapore market.
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation across various sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, architects, and end-users.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition and technical specifications of PFP solutions.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, tender submissions, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable sales agreements.
  • Provide comprehensive market feedback on customer needs, competitive activities, and industry trends to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to post-sales support, ensuring a high level of client engagement and repeat business.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of proven technical sales experience, preferably within the building materials, construction, HVAC, or fire protection industries.
  • Strong understanding of Passive Fire Protection systems, relevant industry standards, and local building codes in Singapore.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive significant business growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse client profiles.
  • A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license and own transport preferred.
