Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and networking.
- Provide expert technical advice and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor industrial solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to suggest improvements to sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional after-sales support and follow-ups.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields).
- Proven experience as a Technical Sales Executive, Sales Engineer, or a similar role in an industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both English and Malay.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an added advantage.
- High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driving license and willingness to travel as required.
