Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive regional growth for power generation and industrial products.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new B2B leads across diverse market sectors in the Asia Pacific region.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, consultants, and engineering teams.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key industrial stakeholders and existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to provide customized solutions that meet client-specific technical requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B technical sales or industrial product management.
- Strong understanding of power generation systems or industrial machinery.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Asia Pacific region as required.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
