Join Pacific Paint as a Technical Sales Industri and drive our industrial paint division forward. This pivotal role combines technical expertise with sales excellence to serve B2B clients in Tangerang's thriving industrial sector. You'll be responsible for end-to-end sales management, from initial client consultations to contract closure, while maintaining robust customer relationships to ensure repeat business. Position yourself as an industry authority by overseeing on-site painting operations and providing detailed progress reports. The ideal candidate will leverage technical knowledge to solve client challenges while maximizing revenue growth in Indonesia's competitive paint market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage complete industrial paint sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key industrial clients
- Provide technical product demonstrations and application guidance
- Oversee on-site painting projects and quality control measures
- Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders and management
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve client-specific requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Business (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in technical sales, preferably in industrial chemicals/paints
- Deep understanding of industrial paint applications and surface preparation
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with technical audiences
- Experience managing B2B client relationships in manufacturing sector
- Ability to work independently in field environments with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
