- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new market segments for complex spring applications.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct technical consultations with engineers and procurement managers to specify precise product requirements.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and high-value prospects within the Central Region.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable insights for senior management.
- Represent AlwaysHired at industry trade shows, technical seminars, and client meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industrial or mechanical component sector.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and specifications.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance tracking tools.
- Ability to travel within the Central Region as required to manage key client accounts.
