- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for AMR solutions in industrial and logistics sectors
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
- Develop and present tailored technical proposals demonstrating ROI and operational benefits
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive intelligence
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets through strategic account management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years in technical sales, preferably in automation, robotics, or industrial solutions
- Strong understanding of AMR technology and industrial automation applications
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
