- Manage and grow relationships with key clients and accounts, identifying their needs and offering tailored technical solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct market analysis, and develop effective lead generation initiatives.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, regularly presenting performance updates to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with technical and product development teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in technical sales, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of complex technical products or services and their sales lifecycle.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets.
