Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate the industrial sector in Indonesia.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial technical consultation and site surveys to proposal submission and final negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, procurement teams, and project engineers.
- Provide expert technical advice on conveyor system design, performance, and maintenance requirements.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical demos to showcase product value propositions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to customize solutions based on client-specific technical requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably within conveyor systems, material handling, or industrial machinery.
- Strong understanding of mechanical components and conveyor system integration.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets in the B2B industrial market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Willingness to travel locally within Indonesia to visit client sites and project locations.
