Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure high performance and individual growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the technical and product teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, business development, or a similar managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong understanding of technical products/services and the ability to translate technical features into business value.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
