Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in industrial sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong technical aptitude for engineering products and solutions
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
