- Develop comprehensive sales strategies and action plans aligned with company goals.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical solutions using product specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and contract closing.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong technical background understanding of springs, metal fabrication, or industrial machinery.
- Demonstrated experience managing and leading a sales team to success.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to explain complex technical details.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing B2B deals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
