Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Consult with clients to understand their technical application challenges and recommend tailored semiconductor material solutions.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and production, to support product development and technical support requests.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to build brand awareness.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and proposals in a timely manner.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in technical sales, account management, or business development within the semiconductor or chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and materials science principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of resilience and the ability to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
