Are you a seasoned sales professional with a deep technical understanding of the textile industry? Unimatex is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead our growth in Johor Bahru. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our innovative chemical dye solutions and the needs of our diverse manufacturing clientele. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is not just interested in closing deals, but in acting as a trusted consultant to our partners. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our clients' dye processes, ensuring product efficacy, and driving long-term retention within the competitive Malaysian textile market.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our market share in textile dyes across the Johor region.
- Provide expert technical consultation to clients regarding dye application, color fastness, and production efficiency.
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations and trials at client manufacturing facilities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including production managers and procurement heads.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes within the chemical and textile sectors.
- Collaborate with the internal R&D team to feedback client requirements for new product development.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and technical proposal drafting to final contract negotiation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in technical sales, specifically within the textile, dye, or chemical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of textile dyeing processes, chemical formulations, and industrial manufacturing standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues on the factory floor.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin fluency is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally to client sites within Johor and neighboring regions.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
