Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the livestock and veterinary sectors.
- Provide technical expertise and product consultation to farmers and veterinarians to optimize animal health and production.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the specified territory.
- Conduct product presentations, seminars, and demonstrations to educate stakeholders on Medion's solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, visit summaries, and forecast projections for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and provide high-quality after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or technical advisory, preferably within the animal health or livestock industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
