Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to highlight technical benefits.
- Provide expert technical support and consultation to customers regarding product features and specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and leads in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the technical support and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals consistently.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any related field (Engineering, IT, or Business is a plus).
- Proven experience in technical sales, customer service, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a technical aptitude for understanding products.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the Zamboanga Peninsula region as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
