Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote Sagrex Corporation's agricultural products
- Organize and execute techno-demo activities showcasing product effectiveness
- Supervise sales teams to ensure targets are met and performance standards are maintained
- Provide sales growth support through market analysis and strategic planning
- Build and maintain relationships with key agricultural stakeholders and farmers
- Deliver product training to both internal teams and external customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in agricultural products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to conduct effective field marketing activities
- Experience in supervising teams or leading projects
- Knowledge of agricultural practices and technologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Zamboanga Peninsula
