Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and growth opportunities within the Philippine solar industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive sales revenue.
- Present and demonstrate solar PV systems and energy solutions to clients, highlighting cost savings and environmental benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in line with company targets and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met and project specifications are accurate.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and technical guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new solar technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar PV sector.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, photovoltaic technology, and energy efficiency concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and surrounding areas for client meetings and site visits.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
