Vertiv is a global leader in critical infrastructure technologies, and we are looking for a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Petaling, Selangor. In this pivotal role, you will act as a technical bridge between our clients and the engineering teams, assisting Sales Account Managers throughout the sales lifecycle. Your primary focus will involve conducting detailed site surveys to understand specific infrastructure requirements, performing accurate cost estimations, and preparing high-quality technical proposals and quotations. You will also be responsible for providing enablement to our sales force and clients regarding our Data Centre and power management solutions. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a technically minded professional to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction in a thriving industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct comprehensive on-site surveys and technical analysis to assess client infrastructure needs.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates and accurate quotations based on specific project requirements.
  • Develop and present professional technical proposals, sales presentations, and demonstrations.
  • Assist the Sales Account Manager with the end-to-end sales process and deal management.
  • Provide technical enablement and product training to internal sales teams and external clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, cooling systems, and power solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical clarity.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel to client sites for surveys, meetings, and project visits.
