- Develop and expand B2B lubricant sales channels through strategic partnerships and market penetration
- Manage and nurture key client accounts to ensure long-term business relationships and retention
- Handle end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, and payment management systems
- Introduce new lubricant products and technical solutions to potential industrial clients
- Resolve customer complaints and technical inquiries with professional follow-up solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product training and support to clients
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (technical degree preferred)
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience in lubricants, automotive, or industrial products
- Proven track record in channel development and key account management
- Strong technical aptitude to understand lubricant applications and industry standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
