Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with existing and prospective clients to identify their specific IT infrastructure and business requirements.
- Provide technical demonstrations and present tailored IT solutions that align with client goals.
- Draft and submit accurate sales proposals, quotations, and service agreements in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and cost-effective.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including new software, cloud solutions, and hardware offerings.
- Proactively follow up on leads and cultivate long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine our sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or IT-related business development.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and common business hardware/software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in creating professional technical presentations and sales documentation.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand value propositions for non-technical clients.
