As a Technical Sales Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our franchise sales division. You will be responsible for driving market growth, ensuring our franchise stores hit their performance benchmarks, and providing the technical expertise our clients have come to expect from the Magna Prime brand. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase market share across all franchise locations.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales quotas, KPIs, and performance goals for individual sales teams.
- Provide technical product training and support to franchise staff to ensure accurate representation of our chemical solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits to franchise stores to monitor operations and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to execute promotional campaigns and store-level initiatives.
- Coach and mentor sales personnel to enhance their negotiation skills and technical product knowledge.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and management reports to guide business decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, retail management, or franchise operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and motivating a sales team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Deep understanding of sales analytics, CRM tools, and performance tracking methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to travel to various franchise locations as required.
