- Monitor and enforce sales quotas/goals across the South Luzon sales team
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with regional market objectives
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales representatives to enhance performance skills
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate product knowledge dissemination
- Analyze sales metrics to identify growth opportunities and optimize resource allocation
- Build and maintain key client relationships in the chemical distribution sector
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance dashboards for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years sales experience with 2+ years in supervisory/management role
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in chemical/industrial sector
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in team development
- Deep understanding of chemical products and technical sales methodologies
