You will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales cycle by providing the necessary technical information to potential and existing customers. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist the sales team by preparing technical product demonstrations and detailed service proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales inquiries, and technical issues within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the internal technical team to troubleshoot client problems and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Help prepare product documentation, user manuals, and FAQ guides for our client base.
  • Monitor sales order processing to ensure technical specifications are met and delivery timelines are kept.
  • Stay up-to-date with product updates and industry trends to provide expert advice to our customers.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Diploma in IT or Business Administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic CRM software.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Fluency in Indonesian; good command of English is highly preferred.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Denpasar, Bali.
