Tanggung Jawab
- Perform end-to-end pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for AI-enabled product implementations.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to stay updated on product roadmaps and technical specifications.
- Conduct needs-analysis sessions with customers to determine the best-fit solutions.
- Prepare technical proposals, documentation, and sales collateral.
- Provide training and onboarding support for partners and clients adopting new technologies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine our sales strategy.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or a customer-facing technical support role.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning concepts, or visual computing technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales presentation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients or partners as required.
