Tanggung Jawab
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle
- Develop and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business challenges
- Design and propose tailored solutions that address client needs
- Prepare technical documentation including proposals, specifications, and implementation plans
- Work closely with product development teams to communicate customer feedback and requirements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
- Train sales team members on technical product features and capabilities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales support, or solution engineering
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex products and systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with solution design, technical writing, and proposal development
- Proven track record of supporting sales teams in achieving revenue targets
- Familiarity with smart engineering technologies and infrastructure solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment
