We are currently seeking a skilled Technical / Senior Technical / Application Engineer (Debug) to join our high-performance team in Penang.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose complex technical issues, optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure that our cutting-edge laser and optical components meet the highest global standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on failed components and sub-assemblies to identify defects.
- Develop and implement debugging strategies to minimize downtime and improve production yields.
- Collaborate with R&D and Process Engineering teams to resolve design-related challenges.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, debug reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and instrumentation to verify technical specifications.
- Train junior staff on troubleshooting techniques and machine operations.
- Support the continuous improvement of production lines through iterative debugging cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Mechatronics, or Optical Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, manufacturing, or system debug (Fresh graduates with strong academic track records are encouraged to apply for Technical levels).
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting and working with optical/laser systems.
- Strong understanding of schematic reading and electro-mechanical systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing facility in Penang.
