As a Technical Service Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for resolving customer concerns. You will be responsible for providing world-class technical support, navigating complex escalation paths, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic, and efficient communication. If you have at least 3 months of BPO experience and a knack for troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware, software, or network-related issues effectively.
  • Manage and resolve complex customer escalations with a professional and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM and knowledge base systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify patterns in technical issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics related to quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and internal service protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 months experience in a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
  • High school graduate or college undergraduate/graduate.
  • Amenable to working on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
