Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality assurance and customer excellence? TMK Chemical, a leader in the chemical industry, is seeking a proactive Technical Service Assistant / Customer Quality Assistant to join our dedicated team in Bukit Mertajam, Penang.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary interface between our technical operations and our valued clients. You will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, meticulously documenting complaints, and conducting thorough root-cause investigations. Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries and service requests.
- Manage the end-to-end customer complaint process, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Conduct systematic investigations into quality issues and product performance deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and verify corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate records of quality reports, customer feedback, and service documentation.
- Support the quality management system (QMS) through regular monitoring of service KPIs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and applications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, quality control, or technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root-cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin (for client interaction).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with ISO quality standards or chemical handling safety protocols is a significant advantage.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
