- Coordinate technical service center operations and field service activities for vacuum valve products
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through remote support and on-site service calls
- Perform preventive maintenance and calibration of vacuum valve systems
- Provide technical training to customers and internal team members
- Prepare detailed service reports and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to improve service offerings
- Manage inventory of spare parts and service tools
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical service or field engineering
- Strong knowledge of vacuum technology and valve systems
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests
