Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical service operations, ensuring timely resolution of equipment malfunctions and system issues
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment uptime and longevity
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical problems and root cause analysis
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying efficiency gaps and proposing technical solutions
- Document service procedures, maintenance reports, and technical documentation for knowledge transfer
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and technical protocols
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for spare parts procurement and technical support
- Monitor system performance metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain operational standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical service engineering or maintenance roles
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and engineering best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Proficiency in technical documentation and reporting tools
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CMRP, CEE) are highly desirable
