Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, configuration, and commissioning of technical systems and equipment according to specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure system functionality and performance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues and malfunctions efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Provide exceptional technical support and training to end-users and clients regarding system operation.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service logs, repair reports, and installation records.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to provide feedback on field performance and user experience.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company protocols during all field operations.
- Travel to various client locations within the region as required to deliver field services.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Service Engineer or in a similar field support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose both hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for on-site support.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and technical documentation practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a dynamic field environment.
