In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical support operations, ensuring that our medical equipment and technologies perform at their peak to support healthcare providers across the region.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical lifecycle of our products, from installation and calibration to troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and configuration of medical technology equipment.
- Execute regular preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
- Provide prompt on-site and remote technical support to clients in Iloilo and surrounding areas.
- Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions, implementing effective repair solutions.
- Conduct equipment operation training for medical staff and end-users.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation for all interventions.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to provide technical insights for customer requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in technical service or field support is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with medical personnel.
- Must be based in Iloilo or willing to be based in Iloilo for daily operations.
- Knowledge of medical device industry regulations and safety standards is preferred.
- Proficiency in using standard diagnostic tools and electronic test equipment.
