Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical support and consultation for various electroplating and surface treatment applications.
- Conduct on-site troubleshooting to identify and resolve equipment and process failures.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize plating processes, improve efficiency, and maximize yield.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new surface treatment solutions.
- Perform quality control checks and recommend process adjustments based on data analysis.
- Train and educate client personnel on proper equipment operation and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electroplating, surface treatment, or a similar manufacturing environment.
- Deep understanding of plating chemicals, bath preparation, and environmental regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for site visits.
