- Lead OEM certification processes for new lubricant formulations and applications
- Spearhead co-development projects with original equipment manufacturers

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical service or lubricant applications
- Proven expertise in OEM certification processes and industry standards
- Strong analytical skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical audiences
- Experience in cross-functional project management and stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with industrial lubricant formulations and application best practices
