Tanggung Jawab
- Provide superior technical support to clients via phone, email, or live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues to ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions and effectively upsell related products or services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and service history.
- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex client issues that require escalation.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in any related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in customer service, call center, or technical support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) is required; college graduate is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
