Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical service projects and provide expert guidance on product integration for key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers, facilitating clear communication and technical resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal R&D and product development teams to translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements.
- Perform comprehensive technical analysis and root-cause investigations to resolve hardware or software malfunctions.
- Manage project lifecycles from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and training materials for stakeholders.
- Support on-site installations and conduct performance testing to ensure seamless product operation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical service, field engineering, or customer-facing technical support within the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Mandarin proficiency is mandatory (written and spoken) to effectively support our strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to navigate complex electromechanical systems.
- Proficiency in project management tools and technical reporting software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required by project demands.
