- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technical services and engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and oversee strategic technical plans to enhance manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and operational reliability across all facilities.
- Drive process optimization initiatives, leveraging advanced engineering principles and technologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, automation, predictive maintenance).
- Manage and optimize the technical budget, resources, and capital expenditure projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality management systems.
- Oversee the research, development, and implementation of new technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage and drive innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, quality assurance, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure seamless technical support and alignment of objectives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for technical operations, reporting on performance and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related field); a Master's degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in technical and engineering leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a directorial or senior management capacity within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and advanced manufacturing practices.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex technical projects, managing large teams, and driving significant improvements in efficiency and quality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for engineering, project management, and data analysis.
