- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure to optimize performance
- Document technical procedures, solutions, and knowledge base articles

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud platforms, and security frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, AWS, or similar) preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
