Are you a seasoned engineering leader with a passion for water management? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Services Manager to lead our cross-functional teams in designing and developing innovative water and used water systems. In this pivotal role, you will oversee masterplan development, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with diverse teams, manage project timelines, and drive technical excellence in a dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in water infrastructure and a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering projects. You will be responsible for guiding technical strategy, mentoring staff, and ensuring that all designs meet strict regulatory standards while optimizing operational costs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality water and wastewater system designs.
- Develop comprehensive masterplans and technical designs that ensure cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Oversee project lifecycles from concept initiation through to final implementation and commissioning.
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide expert engineering solutions for complex water infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Manage client relationships, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering.
- Professional License in Civil or Environmental Engineering (e.g., PE, ECE, or local equivalent).
- Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in water and wastewater engineering project management.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop cost-effective masterplans and system designs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical reports to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D, or similar) and MS Office Suite.
