Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical services within paints/coatings industry
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, application methods, and quality control
- Certification in NACE, SSPC, or equivalent coating standards preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
- Proficiency in technical documentation and report writing
- Ability to conduct field inspections and provide real-time solutions
