We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Software Project Manager to lead our software engineering initiatives. As a Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to the highest technical standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, architects, and stakeholders, to define project scopes, manage resources, and mitigate risks. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with technical leads and architects to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices, security standards, and cloud architecture guidelines.
- Conduct regular status reporting and presentations to stakeholders and executive management.
- Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Software Project Manager in the IT industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong technical background; prior experience as a software developer or systems engineer is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of project management frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Familiarity with modern cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) is a plus.
