- Lead end-to-end software project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets while mitigating risks
- Facilitate cross-functional team coordination between technical and business units
- Implement quality assurance processes and ensure technical compliance
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Coach technical teams on best practices and development standards
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of software development experience
- 2+ years in technical project management or team leadership
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and modern architectures
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana)
- Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in PMP, Scrum Master, or similar preferred
