As a key member of our pre-sales and technical support function, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our cutting-edge smart metering and flow control solutions across the region.

You will act as the trusted technical advisor to our sales team, delivering compelling product demonstrations and conducting deep-dive technical workshops. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the sales team and clients during the pre-sales phase.
- Design and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demos, and workshops to demonstrate Diehl Metering’s capabilities.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored technical solutions to meet specific business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D and Customer Support, to address technical queries and resolve issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including proposals, specifications, and case studies.
- Support the successful installation and commissioning of metering systems in the field.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Sales, Pre-sales Engineering, or Application Engineering role.
- Strong understanding of IoT, smart metering technologies, or industrial automation systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
