- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications for security solutions
- Design and implement comprehensive technical solutions that address complex security challenges
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical expertise throughout the sales cycle
- Stay current with emerging security technologies and industry best practices
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution architectures and implementation guides
- Coordinate with product development teams to provide feedback and influence product roadmaps
- Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical solution management or similar role
- Strong understanding of security technologies and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Certifications in relevant security technologies or solution architecture are highly desirable
