We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, delivering cutting-edge Google Cloud and Gemini AI solutions to our clients. You will drive the pre-sales process, provide expert implementation support, and ensure our clients achieve maximum value from our technology stack.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will bridge the gap between complex technical architecture and business objectives. You will work closely with our sales and delivery teams to design robust solutions, conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations, and provide ongoing technical guidance. If you are passionate about Cloud Computing and Artificial Intelligence and enjoy solving complex problems for a diverse client base, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client business requirements and translate them into technical architectures using Google Cloud and Gemini AI.
- Design, develop, and implement scalable cloud solutions and AI integrations tailored to client needs.
- Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
- Provide hands-on technical support during the implementation phase and troubleshoot complex issues post-deployment.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, API guides, and deployment procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Cloud features, AI/ML trends, and industry best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Google Cloud and Generative AI within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Compute Engine, Storage, and BigQuery.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript for AI/ML development.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to technical support.
